They were so patient and kind to my autistic VERY HYPER 4 year old!! There was await but they kept me updated every 10 minutes. All around the best doctor my son has seen!
There was a medical assistant with the nastiest attitude—not just toward me, but seemingly toward life in general. She was incredibly rude, and all I could do was stare at her. She got loud with me just because I gave her a paused stare 🤨, but due to my profession, I had to stay calm. Kind of funny, though—she made a little threat toward me. I’ve found myself trying to use UTMB physicians for my children twice, because of scheduling constraints at other practices. Both times I’ve regretted it. If you want a doctor who will actually help your children don’t bother bringing them here.
If you want to visit a clinic that actually cares about your child’s wellbeing then this isn’t the place to take them. I wish I could give them a 0 star review but unfortunately that’s not an option. They do not deserve a star. Highly highly highly do not recommend.
