So far my experience with these people has been awful. They’re condescending and rude every time I’ve called. There was miscommunication between everyone. Just trying to clarify with them makes me wonder if they’re competent enough to even provide psychiatric services to anyone. Find better employees. UTMB was garbage for my birth (literally ripped my cervix) and sounds like they’ll be garbage for this service too. It’s too bad we have minimal options here in Texas. No wonder everyone is not doing well mentally.
