Good place and nice staff, but need more then one phone....
I underwent a tooth extraction with Dr. Garcia in January of 2023 and my overall experience was good. Dr. Garcia and his medical staff were excellent. However, prior to having the procedure done I was told by the medical staff and front desk staff that my UTMB student dental insurance would cover the procedure and unfortunately that was not the case. This has been a very costly experience for me and in hindsight I wish I would taken my dental healthcare needs elsewhere.
I was treated with respect and kindness. The clinic has a positive, friendly, and upbeat staff. Dr. Mishan Harwan was professional, non judgemental, courteous, and took time to explain to me what was causing my medical issue. Thanks to the entire staff ...Joe Cecil
