Calling for an appointment is very difficult. The customer service on the line was terrible. Person was rude and acted as if she hated her job. I knew there was a reason to stay away from UTMB.
Wait felt a little longer because they as you to come early, etc. But that's to be expected. Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me really well.
