The VA referred me here to get four ingrown fingernails removed, which were causing me so much hell. I took one star off, because it took around two months of waiting from being initially examined, to actually getting the operation done. But when the time came to finally get my ingrown fingernails removed, the operation went smoothly with no adverse effects. It's also been just over two months since I had the operation done, and my ingrown fingernails haven't come back. Thanky'all!!!
Convenient, clean and friendly. Always busy. Sure wish they would build one in LaMarque, Texas.
UTMB Pharmacy used to provide excellent service—very fast refills and always helpful. Recently, though, it has become difficult to reach them by phone. I have waited at least 20 minutes for someone to answer, and sometimes even longer. I’m not sure what changed, but I hope they improve their phone response time because the service used to be great.
I absolutely can not ever get anyone to answer the phone or to respond back with text messages and I am beyond unhappy with this service.
