Le pongo una estrella para poder poner mi comentario pero le doi 0 a este hospital yo tuve una cesaria y al otro dia me dieron de alta y me dejaron salir con un dolor de cabeza que tuve mas de tres meses en hospital y hospital por que sentia que mi celebro se me iba explotar de verdad pienselo bien antes de tener sus hijos aqui!! Primera vez en mi vida que veo que dan de alta a una cesaria de un dia para otro y mas con sintomas no normales despues de un parto, pense que me iba a morir. Pero gracias a Dios estoy aqui
We here right now and they are very rude and made us feel guilty for coming here. The nurse made it clear verbatim that she "wasn't doing no deliveries tonight" even tho we dont want to go into labor we just wanna make sure if that does happen we dont get separated from our baby girl at birth due to the fact that our facility doesn't have n.c.i.u. and would transport our baby here if delivery does occur. As a disabled person who has mobility issues having the walkways obstructed by a contractor pickup truck and forklift, blocking all access to the hospital John Sealy labor and delivery parking. Poor sinage to inform visitors where parking for different acess points.
Had my baby here and the experience was perfect, all the nurses on l&d and postpartum floor were sweet and attentive and answered any question I had. Labor went smooth, it was a dream birth !
I waited til my baby was 8mo old to make this review because I wanted to make sure I was level headed. If you are able to deliver somewhere else, please do. It was a terribly dehumanizing and controlling experience. Nurses were terrible with pain management, I was in unbelievable pain and they looked at me like I was faking it. I will never be back.
