I am extremely disappointed with UTMB Doctors Colony. We were repeatedly told that Oscar (Obamacare) insurance was accepted. One of your agents even apologized for the confusion and confirmed that Oscar was accepted, saying they were unsure why anyone had said otherwise. Based on this information, we waited for several weeks, made multiple phone calls, and eventually scheduled an appointment. Very disappointed with UTMB Doctors Colony. We were told multiple times that Oscar Obamacare was accepted. One agent even said, “Sorry for the confusion, we DO accept Oscar. I don’t know who said we don’t.” Because of this mixed information, we waited for weeks and kept calling. And we booked an appointment.
