They’ve been great at offering prompt information in a variety of ways that has been responsive to the public. They are prompt in reporting data as well as answering questions online. They had one of the most efficient operations I’ve ever seen when they had to roll out vaccinations for thousands of people at a time.
Horrible service! Very disorganized hospital. No one seems to direct patients to the right departments. This is one of the worst hospitals I have encountered.
Terrible service once you are taken in the room with them out seems like they don't even know what to do. Took an hour an a half for one shot the main doctor tried to talk us out of traveling to East Africa. He tried to scare us that we would get badly injured and die. This is not the service we asked for all we asked for was one vaccination. Don't go here head to Houston for better and faster service, save your time and money.
