I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 9/22/25. And if it hadn't been first of all for God and second Tamika Scott, and all the other Bariatric Clinical Team I don't know if I would have gone through this process. They made sure you understood every fact from the beginning to the end on how everything is processed and because of this it made me realize I could do this. The surgeons are pretty good but my goodness.. the nurses and staff are always playing around and Im stuck waiting on them. Everytime I come here its full of waiting and I dont even need to be here for longer than 15 minutes at a time. The staff is nice but they play too much when Im trying to just get in and get out.

As someone who has cared for bariatric patients, I find Drs McTaggart and Samreen to be extremely knowledgeable and caring towards each of their patients. I have witnessed the in-depth discussions they have to ensuring the patients understand their care pathway.

Do not schedule a surgery with this clinic. Dr. Mactaggart had a baby so they rescheduled me with Dr. Sarah Samreen. She cancelled my surgery and rescheduled the following week-after I had been on a liquid diet for 10 days. She said she had a family emergency when I let her know about her inconsistency’s she threatened not to do the surgery at all. I reported this issue with compliance because of her threats.
