Through the process of 4 months I was able to schedule a consultation, be seen by the Surgeon, and get Insurance approval. The week that I get insurance approval the clinic notifies me that I can't be seen because my Doctor has left the branch, though after calling, the office was completely unaware that the surgeon had left (how would you not know if one of your doctors left?).
