I would like to leave zero stars. I see why this ER is rated a 2.3. I will never bring my Mother to this location again. Their is a huge lack of professionalism from the nurses to the resident doctors. My Mom is hard of hearing and the two nurses in triage were literally laughing at the difficulty my Mom was having understanding the resident doctors questions. I developed a severe tooth abscess that quickly got out of control. My dentist explained the infection was too deep to treat in-office and needed to be handled in the ER. When I went to the ER, I was sent home and told it was cellulitis in my face. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong medication and no real treatment. If you want anyone that cares or even does an actual exam, go somewhere else!!!! They’ll also have their cop, that likes to threaten you, call you if you voice ANY complaints!!!! Their staff will curse up and down but you say the word “freakin” and they threaten you!!! Which is ILLEGAL AS ALL GET OUT!!!! Typical bad hospital and bad policing!!!!! If y’all contact me in ANY way, it will be considered harassment!!!!! I’ll never go back to that hospital!!!! No wonder you have a 2.3 review!!!!!

I was taken here by an EMS due to a severe sciatica which was actually an acute herniated disc on my lower back. I am grateful to the staff who took care of me. The nurses, Brandon and Don. They have been very patient and understanding especially I was in so much pain at that time. I also wanted to say thank you to Alyssa and Caleena who went to see me and my wife and see if we’re doing okay.
