The doctor misdiagnosed an illness after looking at simple lab results. A culture was sent off and it took them three days to look at the results after it came back. It took them five days to prescribe a medication after the initial visit .

Staff is generally nice. But I came in to get a simple procedure done and stated as such in all the forms. They failed to tell me that they don't even do what I was asking for and happily took my money with zero sympathy. There was so many opportunities to share that they don't do it...never coming here again. I basically came in just to get my weight checked

I have now had too many issues with care to continue going to UTMB at any facility. The following has occurred over the course of roughly 3-4 years 1. I was referred to physical therapy. I stopped going when I arrived to one appointment telling me I had to pay in full for the appt and owed for the previous one. No communication, non-transparent billing and I was going weekly.
