Wasted half a day of my life going here. Nobody that was working that day-night communicated with each other or had the same information as someone else who had come in. They didn’t act like they cared when I told them the conflicting information I was told by someone else. Excellent ER. We went this weekend to get medical care after my husband had an accident working in the yard. We found beautiful, clean facilities and knowledgable, friendly health professionals. They took great care of my husband, calling in a hand surgeon for him. We got lucky. There weren’t many other patients and we didn’t wait long.

They forced me into a spinal tap procedure and upon first try hit my bone and attempted 3 morw times before i called it and then told me after they hurt me they could do it under x ray without performing an mri provided me with no care plan no medication, left me with a hurt back and a non conclusive trip on why i have pain in my brain. These people are garbage and dont care about there patients. I left 5 voicemails and havent heard anything.
