my 2 year old son daddy brung him here, they released him before his test results came back, when i finally got his results he came back positive for strep. I never received a call from them nor did they send his medication to the pharmacy. called for an update and still have yet to hear anything back about my baby getting medicine for strep. I’ve only been rotating tylenol and motrin for pain.
I don't like to leave bad reviews. I like to try to find the positive in every situation. But this hospital ever since I have moved to Texas, I was told this is where to go. If you needed help, that's a lie. A mistruth the upstairs people are great.Some of the specialty clinics also really good, but their emergency department is full of a bunch of god, complex students who are trying to act like we're the ones providing some service to them, because they're paying for their education.Somehow we must be indebted to them or lu... read more
