"Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Dr. Murphy (Emergency Room) refused to provide medical care (racist attitude) without a valid or respectful justification. Healthcare providers have a fundamental duty to treat patients equitably and with basic professional courtesy, but this office failed completely. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking reliable and respectful medical care."
Today I brought my 1 1/2 year-old son Arlo in for labored breathing. From start to finish everyone was so knowledgeable and nice. The resident doctor worked with me on plan of care for my son and what best for our situation As we are from out of town vacationing in the area. And the respiratory therapist Ricky was so incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you guys for making a rough situation as smooth as possible.
I e been here 3 times now. I understand it is an ER, so I won’t complain toooo much about wait times. However, on my most recent visits due to severe hyponatremia (low blood sodium) and critically severe symptoms I was completely and utterly mismanaged. There was essentially one nurse who actually seemed to care (who was unfortunately the floor/charge nurse and super busy) and everyone else seemed to think was simply dandy.
