I brought my son here on 1/28/25 for a quick ER visit. We were there for about an hour, saw the doctor for maybe 10 minutes, and left once he was stable. No surgery, no advanced treatment — just a basic evaluation. The bill? Over $6,400 — $4,089 for the hospital and another $2,374 for “evaluation and management.” Absolutely outrageous for the limited care provided. This feels like blatant price inflation and overcharging. If you have a choice, avoid this ER unless you want a massive surprise bill for minimal service.

Came here for a bruised rear, and they left me in the hallway for 3 hours while people were coming in and out. Nurses, patients, cleaning crews with trash in my face, EMTs. They didnt offer me an ice pack even though apparently thats what I am supposed to do at home to treat it. Not even an ice pack and wanted to SEE my butt in the middle of the hallway. An ER visit is never fun, but the staff here made things as best as they could. My children's pediatrician recommended this ER/Hospital for their pedi unit in case anything ever came up with my kiddos & I'm grateful she did. My daughter broke her leg & was treated quickly. There was a lady who also came in to help, I forgot her title but she was a Child Life Advocate or something, she walked my daughter through what would happen during an IV in kids terms so she wasn't scared. Always my first choice never had any problem in all my visits it's always fast and they take care of everything.

This used to be a great hospital to come to but something happened in the last year and things just aren't the same. When I went in today for an emergency visit, I was extremely grossed out by the walls. Also listening to the medical staff complaining loudly about what they do and don't want to do at work was not the best conversation to hear while waiting to be seen.
