Very nice staff and doctors and very kind and informative and helpful
Guess I will be looking for a new doctor! A came in for my regular scheduled 6 month appt. Unfortunately I just had a double ear infection last week. The doc (I like her) wants to do a followup in 6-8 weeks. Problem is they could schedule me until Jan 30 for followup and a hearing test. Today is November 10th! I have a history of very bad ear infections and when I need to see a doctor, I really need to see a doctor. This is very unfortunate.
Absolutely horrible . . I’ve been calling his offices for two weeks and have been promised a call back from every nurse and have gotten no calls back . Pretty ridicolous I can’t even get ahold of her doctor after her surgery when she’s having complications. If you have too many patients u can’t take proper care of them then consider down sizing or put a new system in place .
