Horrible. There's a problem EVERY time. If you come as a walk-in, forget about it. They set you an appointment anyway, and they're always running behind. Go to Galveston instead. In and out. ***4 days later I get a "missed appointment message" telling me my skipped appointment may prevent me from scheduling future lab appointments....this after I told the desk lady nevermind, I was going to Galveston to get my blood draw. Unbelievable.

UTMB is the greatest. I've had the best experiences with all the doctors, and staffs with medical care for my daughter.
Techs are fast know their job leave happy
They do their job and they follow covid protocols also they give you on time text or call alerts if anything changes about your appointment.
