Normally my experience at this lab is usually ok however I was there a few weeks ago and the tech reinserted the needle while in my arm and left me with a painful hematoma. I'm not happy about this. Therefore I'm leaving this lab with a negative review. Maybe she will think twice before using that method.
Great staff. Only concern is signing a blank electronic screen several times to indicate consent for various items. Brittany printed those consent forms for me to read, but I was still asked to sign a blank screen. Do better UTMB.
Very thankful that this place is open on a Saturday! Came here for an appointment to get my blood drawn in the lab. No traffic, no rush, parking lot was empty. Officer on duty had to let me in the building and was super friendly. Staff that checked me in was super friendly as well. Elizabeth drew my blood out and she was super friendly, and very efficient. Process was very quick and I was in and out of there in no time!
