I use to be every time we got sick here not anymore its been twice i took my wife tho this place and got worse instead got better so tha was my las time here
I had a good experience as this clinic today. I saw Dr. Amanda Song. She was very kind, caring and smart. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 : I spent 30 minutes on my phone doing the pre-checkin, mostly updating medications- removing several, adding several and updating dosages on others. I was given a print out when I left the clinic and none of this information was updated so it was a total waste of time. I find this to be the case at Methodist also, so it's not unique to UTMB. I do recommend this clinic.
Staff great. Time wait great. Service great. Some things cannot be treated here and I had to go to the ER
Had labs done and was very pleased with the professional and caring of Jennie. Would recommend this lab to anyone!
