I scheduled my 4 year old daughter’s sleep study appointment in October for December 14,2024 . The day of the appointment,12/14/2024, the manager calls us 6 hours before the appointment to cancel due to multiple technicians calling in. The manager made the decision to cancel our appointment because he did not want to cancel 2 other appointments that were made for adults. I do not recommend going here for a sleep study or any sort of work with sleep apnea. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. You will stop breathing and pass away in your sleep before you get much help from UTMB. UTMB doesn’t care if you live or die based on my experience. Edit 4/12/2022: all you need to do is read my mychart and it’s glaringly obvious that UTMB doesn’t care about it’s patients. I am in the same place I was months ago when I wrote this review. UTMB should not be trusted to provide healthcare
