I have several doctors at UTMB. I think highly of them. Now as to Cardiology. My cardiologist is very, very smart. A good guy that gets worked too hard. Not his fault. Appointments could be a little more informative, but they guy is rushed Nice guy and like way smart. My EP doctor not so much. I don't care for him because apparently he doesn't care about me. Had my device checked, the nurses found some abnormal readings, did the EP doctor ever contact me about the run of v-tacs, nope. So I'm going over his head to the direct... read more
This is the worst healthcare system in the country! Complete incompetence and they just don’t care.
If your primary doctor refers you here for anything, ask to be referred somewhere else. This place is horrible. Not the people you want handling anything related to your heart health.
