Whoever runs this mammogram clinic should be shown the door. These people ignore utmb's own rules. There are signs to not enter the building if you have a cough, sore throat or fever. That didn't stop the employee who coughed all over the place when my aunt got her mammogram at the end of April. The employee clearly had a sore throat when she croaked out her name. I am too kind to say her name here. The clinic people know who that person is and they know they were careless about exposing my aunt to illness. It's a disgrace.

My two visits here were nice but there was a mix up with my second appointment and I had to reschedule. They request FAXed copies of orders and it takes them forever to get back to you to actually schedule anything. I opted to go to Memorial Herman across the street and was able to get in the next day. Had a TON of trouble getting the films from here sent to Memorial Herman and was even hung up on at one point. They definitely lack customer service.

Awful. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times! They don’t have their act together. Not going back!

BAD experience at UTMB. Waited 3 hours to get my mammogram and ultrasound done. They told me they were having computer issues. Poor excuse!
