Took my 89 year old mother to the UTMB Health Audiology and Speech Therapy clinic get her hearing test in January 2021 and it was confirmed her hearing was completely gone. Hearing evaluation for hearing aids February 2021 and 7 months later still waiting on this department to provide my mother her hearing aids she desperately needs. Her insurance has been the same the last 30 years more going to UTMB. After numerous calls to get this problem resolved Mom still has no hearing aids.
