Young lady at check in was very personable and knew her job. Nurse was also and Dr. Vizerri is always very kind and pleasant.

UTMB is at the top of their game whether in eye clinic or any doctor for this facility.
Unacceptable, appointment was at 2:30 pm. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment. When I asked the front desk clerk what was going on, I was told Appointments can run up to 2 hours and that my appointment slip also reiterated this fact. I was never given an appointment slip when I scheduled my follow up. I understand providers can run behind. If you are running behind the customer should be made aware at checkin.
