UTMB is at the top of their game whether in eye clinic or any doctor for this facility.
Unacceptable, appointment was at 2:30 pm. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment. When I asked the front desk clerk what was going on, I was told Appointments can run up to 2 hours and that my appointment slip also reiterated this fact. I was never given an appointment slip when I scheduled my follow up. I understand providers can run behind. If you are running behind the customer should be made aware at checkin. Great service. Very good customer care. Dr. Khan did cataract surgery. Results were fantastic. No pain or discomfort. Highly recommend the Hospital and Dr.
I was just treated so badly. My appt is 9:00 am and when it turned 9:45 - I went to the window. The woman told me the appt could take up to 2 hours. She then said you could be here until Noon. When I questioned her in a concerning way - she raised her voice at me.
