Had a great first experience with Utley’s Auto Repair. My Jetta had a DPF light come on, and I mentioned that I needed the car ready within two days for work. They went above and beyond by working on it even on a day they were closed. Really appreciate the excellent service. You have earned a repeat customer! Thanks again
Recently had an issue with our Audi and I’m very grateful and pleased with Utley’s European. God bless Dallas and his team. He was referred to me, and I called and came in the same day without an appointment. Within 30 minutes, he was able to solve an issue on our Audi A7 that the dealership couldn’t fix—and neither could another Euro shop (that I’d rather not name). Dallas seems like an honest, straight shooter who delivers. Thanks again.
Dallas is the best and most honest auto repair shop for our bmws. It is busy, not like jiffy lives when you can just drop by. But you can imagine quality work makes the shop full of services. But he still tries to squeeze you in and not far out on the calendar. Usually within the same week. He is honest too and the price very affordable in comparison with the BMW store and same quality work. We’ve been taking our bwms since 2015 (at least). We don’t take it anywhere else!!! Recommend 1000!!!
Like many stories you’ll probably hear, I’ve also been taking my BMWs to Dallas and the gang for years. Always top tier work. There’s no pressure, no upsell, you can expect straight shooting and even less expensive recommendations when possible. Highly recommended.
