In 2019, we purchased a home in Utley's Shady Oaks subdivision in Tupelo. Less than five years later, we had to pay out of pocket to have our shower replaced because of faulty construction (the liner wasn't installed properly, and the constant splashing of water caused the baseboards in our bedroom to warp.) As this home ages, I shudder to think what other corners were cut.
The property owner Mark Utley is very rude and racist.
