Shoddy organization. Paid my taxes through the online system in December only to find out in May the payment didn't go through so now i'm stuck with a $140 penalty!!! So I go to the office in person today to avoid their "convenience" fee, yep nobody around, nobody answers the phone, no sign on the door. Thank you for the convenience :)
I am trying to pay my MUD taxes and this website is nonsense! I have been trying for an hour to pay before the month ends only to keep getting an error on payment page… I will now have to pay extra and will go thru a regular check bc of this problem! As a tax collector provider they really should just step aside and the county have a REAL system in place!
Muy mala actitud al contestar las llamadas no quieren ayudar ni brindar la información ni me preguntaron mi nombre para que vean mi perfil y verificar lo que les estoy preguntando , sólo me dijeron que llame otro día . Pésimo ! Le pondría cero estrellas si hubiera la opción
Loving environment, and great staff. A lot of comments say this is a scam? People are miserable who can’t pay taxes that say that. This company is just doing their job. Keep it up and God bless.
