ULCS: Universal League of Congestion Specialists. You guys suck. Ya'll turned a large portion of Union Co. into a parking lot for hours today. Hundreds of people stuck in congestion. Aggressive and ignorant drivers
I recently witnessed an unacceptable incident involving a ULCS employee on Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road. One of their workers was urinating on the side of the road in broad daylight, with the vehicle door open—this happened near Sunrise Senior Living and not far from River Oaks Academy.
