I am posting this review not because I have used their service but because this morning at an office building that has several businesses, some health related and a very small parking lot I arrived for an appointment and their truck had two handicapped parking spaces taken up by one of their trucks. I took a picture and the driver of the truck saw me and asked me if I took a picture, I replied yes because you are taking up two handicapped spaces that people need. These people have been an inconvenience around Charlotte for years. You can tell the 5 star reviews on the page are from employees of the company, probably getting compensated for the review. The reason I’ve finally decided to leave a review, is the fact your truck that says “safety is my goal, how and I doing HZ932” decides to just park in a way that takes up two driveways right off queens rd. Way to go Sesame Street. Your guys came out to service the area for Duke Energy. They powered up a neighborhood with down power lines and twisted lines. Sparks everywhere. It looked like the 4th of July. They probably messed up a bunch of transformers. Then they came back days later to fix the lines and powered us up with bad transformers. They didn't check the transformers or warn us. Company has treated me well for the 6 years I have been here .
Extremely poor behavior and shouting obscenities towards drivers near intersection of Statesville rd. and Lakeview rd. I see why the reviews of this place are so low.
