Utility contracting company spray painted my lawn 2 days ago with no warning or explanation. Today they began digging up my front lawn and destroying my landscaping with absolutely no prior notice. When I called the company to inquire, Keith was extremely rude and unapologetic. The workers themselves were disrespectful and sarcastic to my partner when she inquires as to what they were doing and if they could avoid stepping on our plants. So far, the workers dug 3 holes about 7 ft deep each less then a ft away from the sidewalk. They didn’t bother to mark them in any fashion whatsoever. Well this spot happens to be the bus stop as well (although no matter where these holes were dug, they should have been covered by plywood, enclosed by mesh or fencing, or marked in SOME sort of way) so there are 10+ young kids standing here for the bus in the morning. after keeping the kids away from these holes I asked a worker why there was no marking whatsoever around thes... read more
Utility Contracting Company was working in my neighborhood last month, in battle creek. They illegally placed 2 new phone boxes on my property without an easement. The city of Battle Creek is now involved and is investigating why and have contacted AT&T to see what their next move is. Ive called this company twice, with no return call back.
