Very disappointed that I just had to pay $115 out of my pocket to a water tech company to fix a problem that could have been prevented if the tech from utility sales who changed our meter would have done his job right and turned the water softener valve back ON after he replaced the meter. Of course, it was my fault for not checking his work and signing the form without reading the fine print .
Outstanding customer service and will do everything they can to get you the best possible price. They also have the knowledge and experience to help you figure out and work through nearly any problem you may have with your residential and commercial plumbing issues. They are the whole package.
