It seems like we experience power outages 20+ times per year. This last time the power went out (today) 3 times so far and it is just raining. Please, please do something to update your system. Not too mention the prices are ridiculous compared to other providers near us. If there was the option to rate at zero stars I would. Update: Still horrible

They have always been very helpful to me. When my power is out there on top of it.
I'm disappointed with their response to the outages caused by storms in the elettsville area. With REMC our power took much longer to be restored than our neighbors' (who are with a different company). Even once it was restored yesterday, it has been cycling on and off randomly while possibly damaging appliances. Our neighbor talked to a crew member driving past our houses and they simply flipped a switch, then power was restored! However REMC turned it off once again a few hours later. I just wanted to say how greatful we are that all our linemen are working hard on these messes from the storm, all the staff are great and easy to talk to and answer all your questions. Please be safe out there, as members we need to be patient and kind.
