Horrible customer service and snarky attitude from manager of the service department. I requested a new meter when our utility consumption was not lining up with what the company was charging. After lots of resistance and ridiculous stories trying to tell me I didn't know what o was talking about they did as I had asked. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have had an account for almost 3 years and customer service has been consistently poor. Today, Chelsea was so rude I wanted to personally go in and talk with her supervisor. Unfortunately, I work and don’t have the time. When speaking to customers they need to remember their job is not to be as rude and short as they possibly can. If you don’t like dealing with the public - find a different job!!
