Util just finished our deck renovation. Everything above the frame had to be removed and redone. We added a pergola. We are very happy with the way it looks and the speed with which the guys did the work. In addition, they left our yard clean and neat and I mean they did that every night. They also didn’t use a dumpster but their own trailer with tires. No wear or damage to our driveway. A great job done quickly and for a reasonable price (the lowest of 5 quotes that we got).

Util Construction just finished my porch and the results are fantastic. From day one, Tutor and Miquel kept me posted on progress and timelines, answered questions quickly, and made everything easy. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked carefully, and left the area tidy each day. I used Util to resurface and repair my existing deck. I could not be happier with the results. The team showed up on time every day until the job was completed. They consulted with me along and way and did every thing they said they would do and more. From start to finish everything was done professionally and the attention to detail was really impressive.
