First class service from start to finish! As many others here have noted already: communication, timeliness, work ethic and attention to detail are all outstanding. Of special note, Natalia and Tudor were fantastic at navigating our Township's difficult and lengthy permit process. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The team’s craftsmanship speaks for itself: our new deck is fantastically solid and absolutely beautiful. We can’t recommend Util Construction highly enough.
Util Construction did an absolutely amazing job on our landing/steps leading down to our patio. From the beginning, they were professional and kept us up to date on everything. We had tried several times with other contractors to do this job but nobody ever showed up or followed up. Everything turned out beautifully and we are so thrilled! This comes from someone who is a perfectionist when it comes to any job. They even fixed our patio pavers which had popped up so it is now level and like new. Absolutely recommend them!!
