I took my son there once before I waited 1hr and they wasn't even busy finally just walked out. I took my son again to this place with an appointment and waited 1hr again. This place is a joke. My wife and I liked the female doctor I wish I could remember her name so I could take him to her. I'm definitely changing doctors.

I did think this clinic was great BUT with what they just pulled. I feel they DO NOT care about the patients. The people working here have been nothing but great. BUT the management people not so good. I have been going to Dr Noel, way before she became associated with UPC. I called the other day to make an appointment to be told she is retiring the end of this month. UTICA PARK CLINIC saw NO reason to let her patients know this before hand. I think that is VERY POOR SERVICE on your part!!! I will be finding a new dr and hop... read more
