My family highly recommends the UPC in Okemah. The front is very welcoming and Angela went out of her way to help my grandson feel comfortable. She made the environment better by giving him suckers and stickers and she went above and beyond to keep him calm and happy. It was his first time there and he was scared of getting shots. Most amazing office I’ve been too the front desk ladies Angela and amber are always so helpful and Jessica not only actually listens but figures out the root of the problem! The whole office works as a team to get you fixed up I was basically in a wheel chair 2 years ago and they had me set up with in days on a amazing path to where I’m walking an going to gym just fine! Couldn’t ask for better people to be around! On the spot with answers an never put me off! Such a blessing to of found the clinic!
Jessica and her staff were very professional and friendly. Jessica is always very thorough and compassionate. 5 stars
I needed an appointment to see my PCP. Angela was able to get me scheduled as soon as she could. She was also very polite and understanding about my days and times that I could make it to my appointment since I am in school.
