Dr Kaleb Vaughn is one of the best Doctors I have ever had,he's kind and listen to his patience,he really cares for them,and if you are sick he will make time for you

After waiting for hours, we scheduled an appointment with a different Dr. and left. They called and harassed us. They put lies in their reports to make themselves look good and then called DHS. We love our kids and have nothing to hide.
Place cannot keep an appointment time to save their life. Difficult to trust someone with your children’s health when they repeatedly cannot get something as simple as an appointment time correct. Sat in the waiting room over 45 minutes last week without a single peep. Absolutely nobody checked on us, just locked us in a room in the back. Id probably still be sitting there if I hadn’t got up and complained. After 60+ minutes, the dr finally came in. Seems to be the way this place is setup. Dr Gietzen is amazing. The nurses are also excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
