I called today to move my appointment up and got treated with disrespect. I am on meds that can't just be refilled, I have to see my doctor. Wal-Mart messed up and I will walk into the office with proof that it was not my mess up. I am an honest person and I am tired of getting treated like I abuse the meds that I am on. I have not and never will abuse the meds that I am on. The folks that answer the phone need to at least be nice when people call. We are not all abusing our meds. There are honest folks like me.
I was able to get a phone interview the same day I called the UPC office in Cushing. Dr. Stacy was very nice and understanding, and listened to my concerns, and sent out a prescription, asap! I appreciated her prompt call back and taking care of me!
Bad customer service. Bad communication skills. Not doing there job right

Very nice and helpful staff. Short wait times. Doctors are thorough of exams of patients. Well reputable, professionals.
