The people who answer the phones are rude. If you take meds that require you see a doctor they act as if your a drug addict. I have had to move my appointment up several times cause my pharmacy messed up and filled the new prescription instead of the old one first. The ladies at the desk are like oh it's their fault and not yours. I have to tell my story to to them several times before they will help me. It's not right to treat people like that it's bad business.
Shelly is probably the worst possible person to have upfront. Completely Incompetent didn't know what she was doing extremely dismissive, extremely unprofessional. Extremely and I mean extremely rude just because of that experience I borderline don't want anything to do with that clinic. But I'm gonna come back because the doctor's are amazing but that one nures needs a new job
I really love Utica Park Clinic Cushing, Doctor Sorrell's and all of his staff
Utica park has a variety of services and well mannered staff. However without insurance out of pocket can be expensive just for a simple visit.
