Had the best experience here. Payments areally overall cheap and customer service employees are incredibly helpful.
By far the worse insurance company to handle claims. My work vehicle was parked and involved in a hit in run by a school bus. We had to follow the school bus to get the driver to stop with kids on the bus and get the police involved. This happened back in May and it is now June and it is still not resolved! My husband keeps getting the run around from Carla Rivera, I have asked for her supervisor because everyone has a SOMEONE ABOVE THEM and I get told she is the supervisor! I need someone to reach out NOW and she knows this... read more
