Horrible experience dealing with this disgusting place. Claim is 2 months late already, they were supposed to pay Ally and NEVER DID! I WOULD GIVE MINUS 10 STARS IF I COULD!. What exactly are they trying to get away with?? They LIED, said Ally would be paid 2 MONTHS AGO! I get a letter from Ally saying they're still waiting for $5,000 to be paid. So beyond disgusted with these idiots. I KNEW I couldn't trust them and I was RIGHT!
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY. An accident happened on March 7, 2024 with Omnipak Enterprises. I believe their driver was stoned. He cut in front of me while making a quick left turn. The law states you must yield to the right of way. He failed to do so. I have a letter from my insurance company stating that the Omnipak driver was 100 percent at fault, I have an email from the police officer along with the accident report that clearly reported that the Omnipak driver was at fault. Horrible experience, !!!!!!!!!!!! I have a police report saying there fault and a dash cam showing there insured-driver went across a double yellow line, went accross two lanes of traffic while i have agreen light , they refuse to accept liability>>>>> what is going on!!!!
