Great carrier to work with, solid underwriters, accessible service, navigable website, and prompt claims service.
This insurance company is horrific. We have had our corporate insurance with them for several years and I had to file an auto claim recently. It has been the worst experience ever. The accident happened on Feb 7 2026. I started the claim Feb 9. I say that to say this. The adjuster still has not done his job properly. They use independent adjusters. It’s a nightmare. Utica National Insurance Group has been the worst car insurance company I’ve dealt with. They dragged my claim out for months and repeatedly said they had spoken with the garage when they hadn’t. When I left their insurance, I tried to pay my final bill on January 7 before the January 10 due date, but they had wiped my online account so I couldn’t pay. I chose this co. Cause premium was a little lower than others. But it was huge mistake. In processing claim car & home, were night mare. Slow process, bad service, don’t buy This company. You will be regret 100% sure.
Worst company - overpriced! Cancelled my policy verbally and by email 1 week before end date and they fraudulently continued invoicing me and now have sent a collection agency. Will never pay them and cant say enough how much I regret ever signing with them to begin with - saved 40% with one phone to Amica.
