If I can give no star this would be the option. Worst insurance company ever. If you have a Utica insurance person hit you just call the cops don’t let them drive off cause it’s going to be a nightmare and a disaster. I’ve been waiting for weeks to have this claim finalized and it’s the worst experience ever.
Worst insurance ever
I was reared by a insured from Utica. It has been 3 months now and still no payment from them. It's a crying shame the amount of money we pay for insurance to be treated like this. These are the companies that need to be out of business.
Worst customer service ever, you get what you pay I guess. Be aware if you cancel the home owner insurance they will hold your refund for more than 15 days. When you call they are rude and completely unhelpful and Unprofessional. Never again!
I was rare ended by one of Utica National clients and it was the worst insurance experience I ever had. This happened July 2nd, it was reported the same day. The agent was very inconsiderate and lacked empathy for customers. She told me until their insured person answers his phone there is absolutely nothing they can do despite me submitting police report. I am writing this review on July 7th.
