Had a commercial claim with Utica for a total loss vehicle. They insured the commercial contents of the vehicle. They denied coverage. Agent showed them where their own policy covered the exact instance of flood loss I suffered. Then they demanded I hire an appraiser to access the loss because they were unable to send an appraiser because they were located out of state.
Good care they give
So I don't have uticah national as my auto insurance but I had to deal with them as the driver that totalled my car had them. The adjustor I talked to wasn't really helpful at all. They would not respond back to my calls or enails after I opened a claim and gave my info. Only time I talked them was when they wanted. Money only matter when it would cost them something like when my car was at a auto repair before being deemed total and they called me multiple times a week to send in the title so they can tow it away.
