I came here to wash my car and one side was clean and shining and the other side had dirt everywhere. I told the worker then he handed me a rag. I asked for the supervisor he came out looked at it and told me i paid regular wash. True, but only half my car was washed. They just lost a customer. This is one of the few car washes left on Utica ave that didn't close down. keep washing cars like this and it will close too. I wouldn’t let these people wash a toy car, let alone my vehicle. I paid for the “premium” wash and got my car back looking like it had just been through a mud-wrestling tournament. Dirt still caked on the doors, streaks on every window, and somehow there were NEW scratches on the hood. The “vacuum” job must have been a performance art piece because the only thing they sucked up was my money. This place thinks it’s a nightclub, not a car wash—music so loud the bass shook my mirrors and made my baby cry the whole time. Car came out dirty, baby came out traumatized. Never again.

If I could give a zero star. Stop patronizing businesses that do not care about customer service. We pay their salaries. They damaged my car and the owner acted like it no big deal. And refused to take responsibility. Called me all kinds of names and cursing at me.
