Terrible customer service.
I really wanted to like this place. They have a good fleet of cars. Front desk is pleasant, and the sales associate I dealt with is not rude in any way, but there is an understated abruptness and pushiness that wreaks of poor customer service. Even though I said I was just looking, I was handed a credit check form after seeing a car l liked with no information or discussion. Did not offer a Carfax or any sort of knowledge you would think that someone would grant a car buyer. The floor associate was wonderful and a great sale... read more
