EDIT: In response to their reply to this review. I had responded to their email on 2/11 and followed up after no response on 2/13. I then sent another follow up email giving them the benefit of the doubt on 2/18. So their response that they have not heard back from me is not from lack of effort... I went in person to cancel my membership and was told by front desk staff that both my membership and my spouse’s membership were taken care of on the same form.
