I have gone to this clinic a few times and they accepted both of my insurance companies for full payment- Wellcare Dual Complete(DSNP) With extra help and United Healthcare (TEXAS STAR PLUS). I had an appt. scheduled months ago for 8/20/2025 at 10:20am and had to arrive at 10:05am, which I did! This clinic requires a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule, or you will be charged a fee.
