Every visit with that I have had with personnel from this facility has been positive and worthwhile. I would not choose anywhere else to get medical treatment.
I called to make an appointment for one of my patients since I work at a nursing home. I told the rep to make the appointment for the southeast location, located in zipcode 77089. I have no idea why she wasted my time to make an appointment to then find out that it is for SugarLand, TX. This is horrible. She should've just told me that there are no appointments for the Southeast location, instead of making an appointment for the Sugarland, TX location without tell me. She wasted 21 minutes of my time on this phone call.
Everything went well! My health situation improved in a reasonable amount of time.
