I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Eddie Patton and patient care director Shannon Tollerson. After completing an EMG test with Dr. Patton, his office called the next day to schedule a new patient appointment as if the test had never occurred. When I tried to clarify, I was placed on hold for 23 minutes and then ended the call and attempted to reach the office again, but all calls go through an answering service.
