I’m appalled by the horrible customer service and uneducated people they have working there. From the intake person to the person whom schedules the appointment. I was refused to be seen. Not even for a consultation regardless of the procedure my physician referred me to them and without even speaking with one of the doctors I was told he doesn’t do that he said he can’t see you. Wow it’s sad to know that people think they can treat you any kind of way
Was told to arrive at 8am wasn't in surgery til way after 11am. My family was unaware of when I was in or out of surgery. My procedure was suppose to be in& out within 4 hrs. Ugh waited all morning& afternoon. And no validated parking
