I’m writing on behalf of my dad, who is a cancer patient at this clinic. He doesn’t speak English and can’t use a computer, so I’ve been handling all of his appointments and communication. When he was seeing Dr. Wagner, he was comfortable with him and could at least somewhat communicate. Receptionists don't let patients know when a machine is down or they are running behind. They also don't respect the 15 minutes after appointment time that is on signs around the clinic. It says contact receptionist. They act like it's normal to go beyond, no matter what the sign says.
