My experience with CFI Kimberly Utesch in Colorado was highly disappointing. From start to finish, it was evident that Ms. Utesch lacked the competence and dedication necessary for her role. Throughout the investigation process, she seemed to simply phone it in, displaying a lack of thoroughness and professionalism.
